Join us for a Coffee Morning at Konditorei Philipp at the Schillerplatz.
Philipp is a family business that opened its cake bakery in 1926. In the 1980s, the next generation put their emphasis on ice cream, and now Philipp is known for its good ice cream creations. Of course, their cakes and coffee are also excellent. We are hoping for nice weather, so we will sit outside.
How to get there?
By public transportation: take tram 3 toward Krenngasse from the JAKOMIPLATZ or HAUPTPLATZ. Get out at the end station KRENNGASSE. The café is in the building in front to the left of the tram stop.
By car: park your car in the blue zone around the Schillerplatz. Attention: quite a few streets in this area are one-way streets.
By bike: from the Glacistrasse bike path, turn into Rechbauerstrasse and follow Rechbauerstrasse to Krenngasse (at the roundabout). Turn left into Krenngasse and follow Krenngasse to the Schillerplatz. The café is on your right.
