Martin Auer Backstage Tour

This month, the IWA will enjoy an exclusive ‘backstage’ tour in English at the flagship ‘Atelier’ Martin Auer bakery.

Tour size: maximum of 20

Price: 15 Euros for members; 18 Euros for non-members.  The IWA will subsidize 3 Euros of the cost for members.  Until October 16, sign up is reserved for members only.  If there is still space available after that date, friends or family members may be invited.  Numbers must be confirmed by October 22.

This fee covers the cost of a backstage tour lasting approximately two hours, a coffee or other hot beverage, a snack from the bakery, and a loaf of organic wood-fired bread to take home. An organic natural sourdough starter is also available upon request for experimenting with your own baking.
