This month, the IWA will enjoy an exclusive ‘backstage’ tour in English at the flagship ‘Atelier’ Martin Auer bakery.

Tour size: maximum of 20

Price: 18 EUR

This fee covers the cost of a backstage tour lasting approximately two hours, a coffee or other hot beverage, a snack from the bakery, and a loaf of organic wood-fired bread to take home. An organic natural sourdough starter is also available upon request for experimenting with your own baking.
