SUMMARY:Annual General Meeting
DESCRIPTION:We warmly invite you to attend our 2025 IWA Annual General Meeting at the Dionysus Greek restaurant! \nPlease sign up in advance so that we will have an idea of how many people will be attending and can book enough tables. \nThe IWA Board invites you to enjoy some delicious Greek cuisine as we present our reports on all of the exciting events and developments that took place in 2024\, including: \n\nClub events and activities\nMembership and financial developments\nCharity events\n\n…and an outlook for 2025. \n  \nThis AGM will also feature elections for a new IWA Board. \nYou have received an email with details of the candidates. There is still time to stand for a position\, see the email for more information. \nIf you cannot attend the AGM in person\, it will be possible for you to cast a vote in the Elections online between March 10-13 (noon). A link will be sent out to all members on March 10. \nAlso at this event\, the General Membership (that’s you and everyone else!) is invited to vote on changes to our German Bylaws\, which will keep us consistent with the current BMF regulations. Please review the changes (attached to the email we sent you) in advance of the meeting. \nYou are also warmly invited to share your feedback\, ideas\, and any motions for change (please note any motions that you would like to present at the AGM must be submitted in writing to the Executive Board (iwagraz@gmail.com) at least three (3) days before the date of the AGM (that means March 10). \nWe look forward to seeing you there! \n
