DESCRIPTION:Please note that this is a series of invited events organized by IWA member Brynn and offered to all members (there is no cost to take part).  \nSundays in Stillness: 10 Weeks to Renewed Energy and Focus\nJoin us for a transformative 10-week journey\, ‘Sundays in Stillness\,’ where each session provides a dedicated space to step back\, tune in\, and rediscover your inner peace. Through guided meditations focused on breath awareness\, body sensations\, and visualization\, you’ll cultivate mental clarity\, increase vitality\, and restore your inner energy. Experience the unique power of meditating together in-person in a communal space\, where the collective energy of the group deepens your practice and amplifies your sense of well-being. \nAttend as many of the sessions as you like but remember that consistency leads to a better experience. There is no cost to attend\, and no prior meditation experience needed.
